Ken was the Chief Financial Officer for real estate at Cambridge Place Investment Management (“CPIM”) between January 2007 and August 2009. During Ken’s tenure CPIM’s real estate team managed two pan-European funds, with total assets, at peak, of over €1 billion. From 2000 to 2006 Ken was the CFO at Security Capital European Realty, a pan–European fund investing in real estate and related operating businesses. Before joining Security Capital Ken held a number of senior finance positions in the European offices of United Technologies Corporation. Ken trained in the London office of BDO Stoy Hayward, qualifying as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW in 1989.
Ken holds a first class honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University, Surrey.
