Phil, a UK national, was, from mid-2004, Head of Transactions for Schroders. In this role, Phil had responsibility for sourcing, structuring, analysing and negotiating acquisitions, overseeing development and implementation of asset management strategies and negotiating and executing disposals. During his tenure Phil executed approximately £1 billion of UK acquisitions and disposals. Previously, Phil spent 7 years with Benchmark Group, latterly as Head of Acquisitions and Disposals, leading approximately £2 billion of acquisitions and disposals. From 1994 to 1997 Phil was part of the investment team of Healey & Baker. Phil holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and an MA in Land Economy from Cambridge University.
