Trish, an Irish and US national, brings a global perspective to Benson Elliot, having worked in Europe, the United States and the Middle East during her real estate career. She has transacted in multiple countries in Europe and is a fluent French speaker.

Before joining Benson Elliot, Trish spent two years at Dubai Investment Group as Managing Director and Head of Global Real Estate Investments.  In this role, Trish had responsibility for defining and implementing Dubai Investment Group's global real estate strategy. She successfully established a European presence for them through the launch of a London office as well as actively sourcing, structuring and negotiating investments, and establishing operating partner relationships in Europe and the United States. Under Trish’s tenure, Dubai Investment Group’s portfolio of direct investments increased from $500 million to $3.0 billion.

Previously, Trish spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs primarily in real estate principal investing and portfolio management for the Whitehall Funds; latterly as Head of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management for the GS Core Plus Real Estate Income Fund. She began her career in the Real Estate Department of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Trish earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Boston College.
