Les Pobles Migdia is a planned housing development on the Costa Dorada, in the historic seaside town of Mont Roig del Camp. Mont Roig, the childhood home of Catalan Surrealist artist Joan Miró, lies approximately 20 minutes south of Tarragona and just over an hour south of Barcelona.

The Les Pobles Migdia site can accommodate up to 170 units in a low density, attractively landscaped setting. The location will appeal to a diverse universe of buyers, including primary homeowners (i.e. commuters to Tarragona), second home buyers and retirees.

The Fund and PBG is working closely with the local community to finalise entitlements, design and infrastructure issues. Construction will be commenced when the Fund determines there is sufficient demand for the product.
