Havneholmen is one of the most exciting new residential developments in Copenhagen. Situated on a prominent site that extends outward into Copenhagen harbour — a short walk from Copenhagen city-centre — the project’s striking design has been conceived by renowned Danish architect Lene Tranberg of Lundgaard & Tranberg.

Benson Elliot acquired a 50% interest in Havenholmen (excluding pre-sold units), in joint venture with the project’s developer, Sjælsø Gruppen A/S (K: SJGR). Sjælsø has a long track record of successful condominium development in Copenhagen, and is widely recognised as one of the pre-eminent players in the Danish property market.

The project comprises 171 units, totalling 18,000 square metres, in six separate buildings.
